I think that all the worlds should be decorated for halloween post a if u agree.

I have to disagree. Not all realms within the Spiral celebrate the same holidays. As such I can see some locations celebrating, but not others. For example Moo Shu might not, but Marleybone might. So I would be more willing to see some celebrate and others not.
