So I've been working on my storm character recently, and I'm at the point where I may need to get some new gear. I'm level 84 and don't know if I should stick with my current gear (Woodland Tribal Hood, Skyscream Robe and Boots), or go with some crafted gear.
With the crafted gear, I will lose all my healing for 1 level (level 85 wand gives 17% incoming), and 8+ damage, in return for a little more health, critical, and block.
My question is: Is azteca crafted gear better than what I have now? Or should I stick with WW gear until Hades? Let me know what you think!
Ps: Please dont inform me about whats ahead of me in the game or what I will be able to get in the later levels. This isnt my first time through and I am well aware of the great gear I will have available to me shortly.

hi nicholas~ based on my own experience with storm, i suggest keeping your waterworks hat/robe and switching out your boots for the crafted ones.
because of your level, you have 2 options:
1) craft the eloquent sandals (you can purchase the recipe from shane macgobhann in the wild at level 76) and upgrade to the walkers of the hungry dead (recipe vendor is popul vuh whitepaper in azteca, unlocked through quest progression) at level 86
or
2) if you only have the time/patience/reagents for one, save it for the azteca crafted boots at level 86.
the only aquila gear worth farming for is the ring (dropped by gladiator dimachaerus in mt. olympus) and the athame (dropped by cronus in tartarus). i never bothered with hades gear on my storm wizard, and she has scary-high resist and critical block~ as a solo player, i decided to forgo critical in favour of other stats.
overall, stick with your waterworks/crafted combo~ it'll get you to level 100 easily.
