Hello all, I am a level 66 Ice Wizard with maxed out Farming and Crafting up to Celestia, I am looking to build a Taunting Ice Wizard with focus on resistance and health. I also aim to have a high incoming healing so that I can recover massive amounts of health. What can I do to achieve this, I am a long time player but this is the first that I've really consider going into pvp.
