How to set chat-text favorites

I've looked, and didn't see anything.

How do I set favorites in the chat-balloon menu?

It'd be great to have quick-items I don't have to keep typing, as well as my son who is on limited chat.

I think the favorites are just from the chats you use the most. Like if you said "Hi" a lot, it would be in your favorites.

It appears that "favorites" resets every time you log out. So you would have to tell your pet "Good Boy" and then it should show up in your favorites for that current session. Although sometimes it seems like I have to use a text phrase twice before it will go into my favorites.

I don't think that's possible. It's all set in drop-down menu format for menu chat. And text chat is just that...you texting. :)
