After defeating malistaire and after i went to merle ambrose and he said to head back to class and relax so i head back to class and got a quest from professor balestrom. And i did the quest after defeating a couple bosses and got another quest to search the marleybone archives for a key for celestia and so i go there with a couple higher levels and when we went to face the boss we got defeated hard. And im wondering if i can get another way to celestia.

The quest from the Storm Professor to do The Warehouse in Marleybone is "optional". At one time, it was required to go to Celestia, but KI changed that a long time ago. You can still try it, if you want to.
To go to Celestia, you must be at least Level 48, and then you should talk to Headmaster Ambrose. He will send you to Celestia. What is your Level? You might have to go back and do some side quests to level up.
