I need help balancing out my problems...

Hey! I wanted to know if I have a boost for balance attacks will it also increase my power for spectral bomb and hydra?

Yes, the spectral blast & hydra are balance spells, so your gear boost will increase damage from them.

I don't care what anybody says, with a well built deck, Balance can tear up just about anything in 4 turns.
