On that link, you can click on any highlighted item (like quest line, trainer, spell name, etc.) for more details.

And don't forget to pick up your spells from the "Other Trainers" too.

Scroll down on that link to "Iceblade" (Level 38 spell), and "Freddo" (Level 75 spell) for details about those quest lines.
