Hi, I just got a gift card for the evergreen bundle. Before I redeem it I am concerned that I might get the gear for my current level and quickly outgrow it. I am currently lv 25 and don't want to waste it if.
Does the gear scale as you level up? Can I get all the items and save to open the gear until I am max level?

You can redeem the bundle and all of the items will be waiting for you in your gift window. You can claim the gear now, or at a later level if you'd like.
The gear does not scale up or change as you level.
Is there any way to tell what the stats are on the gear at different levels? I really would love to have the gear but don't want it to get outdated super fast.
Select the item in the gift window and hit "accept". You can then preview the items at all levels and see the stats. Then, if you don't wish to redeem it at that time, you can choose "cancel."
basically no the gear doesn't grow in level as you no gear does that second you can choose any level no matter what level you are and you could save it in your bank until your that level like P. Greyrose said

No, you can't choose the level of the gear. The gear's automatically adjusted to your level when you redeem it, but it doesn't grow with you.

hmm really it used to be like that I remember getting the majestic bundle like 2 years ago and I could choose any kind of level...... maybe I misread it but it was 2 years like I would remember what I pressed

I've bought bundles more than two years ago, and it wasn't like that.
I bought an Islander's Hoard Pack within the last month and one of the rewards was the Shocking Truth Tiki Torch wand. I was given a choice of what level wand I wanted. It wasn't restricted to the level of the wizard I was playing at the time of the purchase. It was handy because I chose a higher level and immediately transferred it through the shared bank to a higher level wizard. I've had this happen with boots and hats too but don't remember which ones they were at the moment.
