Judgement Quest

I am currently a level 69 wizard and I didn't get the Judgement quest. I don't think I've missed out because I went to Krokotopia to check if I had quests undone, there were none. Everything was done but I didn't get the quest tho. I've completed Grizzleheim, and got my pet Hydra. Can someone please help me? I really want the pet but I don't know how I can get it. Thanks

You'll need to visit Alhazred in Krokotopia for the quest Paying Your Dues.

If he doesn't have this quest for you, click on the "prequest" section and work your way backward until you find where you left off.

If you mean the Judgement pet quest, you'll need to be level 78. There's no pet quest at level 68.
