It is a low random chance. You might get it quickly, or you may never get it. That is simply how it works. The ninja pig street mobs used to drop the spell also. I had two wizards learn it from them, as did several of my friends. I am not sure if they still drop it though. You might want to ask KI if they still drop it, as farming them ( at least to me) is more preferable than farming Koto. Good luck!

I will explain why it is taking so long: It's not meant to be easy. Getting a spell is NOT a piece of cake, you have to earn it. Keep on going and you'll get it!

Pure RNG luck. You might get it on your next run or you might get it in 2024. I've heard people say it sometimes takes 7 hours to get a spell from Loremaster - Koto's drop pool is smaller so I bet it takes less time on average. If you really want Pigs, just keep farming him.
