has anyone ever looked at a map of london and see theres a place called marlebone road, marlebone cathedral and regents square

Actually, it would be Marylebone. It's an area in London in the general vicinity of Westminster, Regents Square and Baker Street of Sherlock Holmes fame.

Much of Wizard101 is based/parodied on English people, areas, etc.
