I was in the commons yesterday, and was welcomed by a giant yellow flying bird made of fireworks flying all around.
It reminded me a little of Gandalf's firework's dragon from the Lord of the Rings movie.

Woot! Thanks KI. This was a great and brilliant surprise! And as it happens, I made a suggestion a couple years ago to have random fireworks go off in the commons. I'm sure I wasn't the only one to suggest it, but it was with great pleasure to sit back and watch this fiery bird fly around the commons.

I'd like to see this kind of fun visual event happen all over the spiral at random points in time. Great work!

I agree. That phoenix tossing balloons & confetti around is a true work of art. Whoever created that is a genius and a master at animation. The comparison to Gandalf's dragon is very appropo and I suspect you have in your employ an animator worthy of any Oscar winning film. The graphics in KingsIsle games has always been superb and you have upped the bar again. Massively well done. x Takes off hat and curtsies deep in honor x.

Whenever I see "woot", I get compelled to say "what is it?"
