Myth star spell?

I have seen a star spell meant for Balance, storm and fire...
Is there one meant for myth? If so where do I find it Cuz I REALLY WANT IT!!!

Yep it's called Reliquary and it turns your myth into a weapon of mass destruction, you earn it through quest in AZ

The spell you're looking for is Reliquary. You must be level 84 and completed the quests "Midnight Sun" in Zafaria and "King of Fang and Claw" in Azteca. The quest is available in Azteca from Tezcat Three Stars. Hope that helps!
