Any player can use bundles. When you buy a bundle they usually come with gear and a wand. A gift icon appears letting you choose what level you want, going by the 10th level, from any level to level 90. While gear you can use is nice, I recommend that you get higher level gear than you can currently use. I bought the majestic bundle back when I was level 30 and I am 72 now wishing I got the level 70 one
