Because of the safeguards built into the game it's sometimes difficult to tell other players ages. Or maturity level for that matter because they don't necessarily go hand in hand. I won't launch into a diatribe about age vs. maturity, that's all been discussed before. I'm sure you've seen that it's easy enough for ANYONE to say they're adult. But usually there are tells that will give them away either in speech patterns or game strategy (or lack of it). As far as advice for questing partners, I don't have anything ironclad to suggest except trial and error. If you find someone you mesh with then friend them, rinse and repeat. There are groups on-line that cater to adult players and you might find something useful there but I've never tried any of them. Trying to coordinate times, realms and meet-ups and the like is more than I want to bother with and I tend to be more of a solo player anyway.

welcome to the boards.

like you, i am an adult player~ i joined the game in my early 20s and have been playing for almost 5 years (on and off); wizard101central is great for in-game meetups. i enjoy this game because it's not as much of an elitist bloodbath as some other games for our age-group... i just like to relax after a long and crappy day in cubicle-land.
