Please consider what it means to "help" and don't move in on another player's quest and take it over!
When I help someone, I do just that. I let them solve the puzzles and talk to the quest givers. If I am on my balance wizard, I do more assisting by putting on shields and healing.
You may enjoy showing off your knowledge, but this isn't as much fun for the person needing the help.
