Hi, I am wondering how to turn on Open Chat, so that I can talk freely without the annoying blocks !

When you login at this website (wizard101.com), you click on "My Accounts". Then on that page, you enter the "Master Password", and then click on "Parental controls" to adjust your chat options.

First of all, you need to be 18 or older.
If you are, then go to my accounts, parental controls, and click open chat.
You need to be a member or have bought crowns in the last 30 days.

hey there~ to unlock open chat, you must be over 18 and subscribed with a valid credit card on file as proof of age... it's under your account settings.

if you are under 18, your chat options are determined by your parents/the person who manages your account.

I am 18. I did make my age 18. If not, How can I fix it?
and I did currently purchase coins on a credit card.
