They tend to release a new world once every year so that players have enough time to catch up on their mains/alts, whether or not they take this approach with Empyrea Part 2 is a different question. If the rumours are true that it is going to be bigger than part 1 and more cinematic and dramatic than we can expect for it to be late this year as they would of recently put their whole team on it as they were split originally to make part 1. I hope this segment helped however the best information we have is mainly on what they did with Khrysalis parts 1&2.
