If you have a hat that "looks like" the one you want, and if you have a bow and arrow wand, you can visit Eloise Merryweather, and you can stitch the items. When you visit her, you will choose the "appearance" of the item you want, and the "stats" of the item you want, and stitch them together. It will cost 100 crowns to do this.

You have to speak with Eloise Merryweather. She's found next to Prospector Zeke. If you click ''Stitch items'' you can select the item you want it to look like, and another item you want the stats from (you need to own both of these items). You will lose both items, and end up with the new item. This costs crowns.
An example:
If I have a Novice Hood, but I want it to look like Cleric's hood, but I want to keep the stats from the Novice hood, I choose Novice Hood as stats, and Cleric's Hood as Appearance. I will lose the Cleric's hood and the Novice Hood, and I will have a new Novice Hood looking like the Cleric's Hood.
It's called stitching. It costs 100 crowns to do it though. Go to Zeke in the Wizard City commons or where ever you are that has a Zeke. Beside him is Eloise Merryweather. She will stitch things for you. You select what you want your finished item to look like, then you select what stats you want it to have. In your case you select your bow and arrow for the look and your Sky Horn Hasta as the stats. Then it will show you what the finished product will look like and if you have the 100 crowns you select OK. You can stitch hats, coats, shoes and weapons. Happy stitching.
