when i was in polymorph gobbler, The boss criticaled an ice kraken and it was blocked, and all my gear i have equipped at that time, had 0 block rating.
I went on wizard101 central wiki to view the gobbler polymorph, it said 90% stun resist and 35% universal resist, But it said nothing about block.
Gobbler most definitely does have a critical block rating. It wouldn't make sense otherwise, since gobbler is more about defense and support and less on offense if you know what I mean.
