Since the grand update on Oct 16 the arena has been completely messed up. Everyone is getting the -1 bug and it seems to be causing problems with the matching. It takes forever to get matches even with 4+ teams in line for a match, especially with 4v4s. It is at a point where its becoming very irritating taking so long to get a match. It isnt because of our ranks because none of us are over warlord. We also have been getting 0 points for almost every match or every so often maybe a max of 5. I dont know what the problem is but it should be looked into immediately.
