So I've been wondering this for a while now, and I only just thought to ask about it.
So, say you're in a battle, with a +25%, a +30% and a +35%. The first one to activate after you use the attack is the +25%, meaning that the base attack the spell does will now be increased by 25%. But, once the +30% and +35% are used, is that adding that percent to the base attack as well, or is it adding to the new attack of the base + 25%?

Sorry if this seems confusing!
I have had that question as well and i'm actually not sure, it probably keeps increasing the number 25% 30% or 40% instead of stacking on each other or else it would have incredible attack power, though i'm not so sure.
If base = 100, the first blade makes it 125. The next blade is 125 + 30%, for 163 (or 162, after all these years I haven't paid attention to see if KI rounds up or down when the first decimal is 0.5). Then your last blade would be 163 (or 162) + 35% for 220 (or 219).

This is correct, and works for traps, auras, and global spells as well. Gear bonuses stack in an additive fashion, but then get multiplied by blades and traps.
What's more, blade stacking has a lot of available options. Spells modified by Sharpened Blade spell stack with identical spells modified by Sharpened Blade item card; both stack with Sharpened Blade from pets (such as Enchanted Armament); all of these stack with the same blade modified by Sharpened Blade treasure card.
With a Last Wood Defender's Amulet and Enchanted Armament pet, a wizard could stack the following on a wizard:
The modified spell would do just shy of 30x damage, but would take 12 rounds of prep. Three wizards planning and casting blades together can get the job done in 4 rounds, making a massive hit that would kill almost every boss in the game.
It doesn't matter what order they are in. They multiply together, they don't add. +25, +30 & +35 is 1.25*1.3*1.35*(1+attack boost)*base spell damage.
Lets say you have +50% attack boost from your gear plus those blades. That's 1.25*1.3*1.35*1.5 = 3.290625 so a spell card that does 100 damage will do 329.
