Question about prepaid bundles.

I am currently missing ~5 bundles and I was wondering if these five were ever going to go on sale again, I am trying to collect them all.

I am missing these castles:
Massive Fantasy PalaceSultan's PalaceThe Sun PalaceWinter Wind TowerPyramid of the Lost Horizon
