Will it be like the lost pages and 5 b.o.x.e.s. that appear randomly in the game?

I missed the free training point buyback last mouth so I'm wondering if these member benefits can appear randomly like the lost pages and 5 b.o.x.e.s.

Hello,

Yes, the Member Benefits will come back around every once in a while, similar to events.
