Religious words in open chat?

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know why "God" and "Jesus" are open chat only?

Probably to keep out religious topics out of the chat.

The game really isn't the place for religious talk anyways, but those words can also be used in a cursing manner that might not be appropriate for children and that some may find offensive.
