I was about to teleport to my friend when i saw he was in Ruffington Boleovard? What is it? I could not teleport to him!
He was probably in a dungeon or boss battle that doesn't allow you to teleport in. Did you recieve the message "Your friend is busy right now?" If you did then he is in an area where teleporting in isn't allowed.
