I am not sure where to put this so I am asking here. I have been playing almost from the start of W101 and have all kinds of gear that I routinely change and stitch to my best stats. I don't like to look like everyone else and can afford to stitch now and then. Recently I cleaned out my bank and found a storm outfit that has the storm insignia on it. I have stitched it and decided that the pointy hat and long robe look like a Wizard should look. I wear MB button up boots with it. But I cannot find any for the other schools? Did KI make them for all 7 schools? Why wouldn't they? So I need help in finding where they would be. I do not mind if it is a level 6 robe.The stats do not matter. It's the insignia that I want. Maybe they have been retired?

I have gotten such gear over time also. I believe the Jade Oni gear has them?
I think the ones I have found were no auction which would explain not in the Bazaar really.
Some of the no-auction hats and robes from KT and MB have school insignia worked into the design. They sometimes have little graphics details and ornamentation that makes them distinctive. Example: Pops' Tunic of Subtlety is a great myth coat for lvl 25 that's no auction. It has blue and gold markings on the cape and blouse that make it fancier than the average dropped lvl 25 myth gear. Although it doesn't have a myth symbol, it does have a lot of details that make it a good candidate for stitching later.
I have a death robe from Dr. Katzenstein that has a death symbol on it, a pointy hat from Krokenkahmen with storm curlicues on the brim, and I've seen balance folks rocking a lvl 30 balance robe with a balance symbol on the cape and doublet.
The Summertime Cowl is one of the first boss drops you get in KT and has the fire symbol on the sides of the hood in gold on a red or magenta background. It's no-trade, but if you stitch it FIRST you can then trade it. (I think)
Check the bazaar for hats and robes that bosses drop that may be No Trade, or help your adept friends in KT and MB in their dungeons so you have a second chance at the boss No Auction clothes.
If you see someone wandering the street wearing something with a school symbol, check out their stats and gear and ask them where it dropped. Likely the item name will give it away; if not, they may have gotten it recently so it will still be fresh in their mind.
nullMost of the school insignia clothes are rare drops from Wizard City, Krokotopia, Marleybone and Mooshu. The clothes you are describing sound like the Wizard City clothes.

There is gear for each school... go to the bazaar and look there. No need to farm at all...
