People have told me for quite some time that there is no elegant-style robe for the storm design set. Battling Smogger earlier today, I received a robe. It's not exactly an elegant robe, but when worn with Oyotomi's hat and the boots from the secret life boss in Tree of Life whose name I can never spell, it looks pretty good. So for all you storm wizards, desperately searching for a robe to match your boots and hat, may I humble suggest farming Smogger.
