Is there a way to get a storm blade if your not a diviner?
While you can buy the treasure cards or get lucky enough to have a pet that casts/features it, to have the actual spell in your deck you must be a Diviner.
However, you can train the Elemental traps/blades in Krok at the Krokosphinx.
@AluraMist agree but there is no way for a non-diviner to actually train stormblade

This is right. School blades are only available to wizards of that school, unless you get a pet or piece of gear with an item card or if you can find a tc version in the bazaar.
