Have seen this spell in action and know it is out there BUT from what I have been told and read this spell is supposed to be given to all Storm School Students when they reach level 48 and have the Triton Spell.
Well, I am a level 49 with the Triton and still no Storm Lord.
Once you complete that, other quests will open up for you.
Thx .... Finally received the Storm Lord Spell.... It's not as powerful as I thought it would be But at least it is a spell that attacks all enemies.. But I really don't know what the STUN shield is for.. I haven't seen it do anything as of yet.

Watch and see what spells the enemy cast next round after you Lord.
That's right, they're stunned.
Super annoying and effective especially when you're about to die and need a little breathing room.
