KI, thank you for getting everything back up. Just out of curiosity, will you be giving players some sort of token or non-crowns reimbursement? In other games, when the system crashes, especially for over 9 hours, the powers that be give the players a little something for the inconvenience. In this case, perhaps extend the birthday events a day, or 8 hours of pack discounts?
Again, just curious. It would be a great show of customer service and support, but that's my two cents.
