So for example on my Ice Wizard I randomly have Krampus. If I buy back my training points will that get rid of Krampus? (I hope not, but I don't know.) Any thoughts?

the only spells i can see leaving, are the spells you spend the training points on

Nope, Krampus is safe. Any crafted, pack or dropped spell will stay in your spell book, just like your Ice school spells that didn't cost a training point.
