I just started and have never played a game using the card concept. Sometimes when I right click a card during battle it will allow me to draw a treasure card other times it will not it only reduces the amount of cards that are displayed? I have no idea what people mean when they say deck rotation because if I place three of the same spell in my deck they lump together I cant spread them out? The cards seem to always be drawn at random. When I soloed golem tower my healing card never rotated in and I hand three in my deck? If anyone can give a positive response without laughing to hard it would be very helpful ty!

Right click discards a card from your hand while you are in battle. Clicking a card by using left click highlights a card to use on yourself (such as a blade, heal, or shield), or on the enemy, (such as an attack, a weakness, or a trap).

Welcome! We've all been there...it can be confusing.
You've got the right idea with right clicking on a card to discard it. You have to choose to load a treasure card (and you have to have them loaded in your spell deck) otherwise you are just discarding whatever card you clicked on.

Deck rotation is people using multiple decks for different types of battles. Some keep decks just for, as an example, Ice Boss duels.

All cards are dealt randomly, which is why you never saw your healing card. You can discard one, still cast a spell and hope for the card you want in the next round.

A bit of practice and you'll get the hang of it!

Welcome! I am still learning this game myself rhonin. Some things I learned while involved in a "duel" in regards to your spell deck:

As mentioned, if you "discard" and have treasure cards loaded in your "sideboard" than you can use them as alternatives. If you discard without a Treasure Card (TC) loaded, you have basically taken that spell card out of your deck's rotation for that duel only.

Something noone has mentioned yet to you is when a spell "Fizzles". I learned that is DOES NOT remove itself from the deck, but gets put back in to be used in a future turn in your current duel. Please know that each time you select a spell to cast, it consumes Mana prior to casting, whether it fizzles or not. So fizzled spells that rotate back into use during the same duel will consume twice the Mana.

Your gear and base amount of Mana should usually be more than enough to sustain you during a duel. I feel you would run out of spells first due to discards prior to running out of Mana.

Any gear you acquire to boost your base accuracy will lower the possibility of a fizzled spell. Many schools offer accuracy boosting spells as well. After you reach level 50, defeated the core game's main villain, you are able to venture into Celestia where there are Trainers from the three Astral schools that offer spells to further boost your damage/accuracy.

Make sure to acquire "Training Points" for the purpose of learning spells outsider of your Main school which offer many benefits.

I hope gave you some useful information rhonin, and have fun! FYI, I usually play on the Lincoln realm for the low population; if you find you hit a wall and need further assistance.

I didn't understand this at the beggining too.

It is at random, and no matter how many of one spell you put in, it will always be random.

I hope you enjoy the game!

Actually I was the opposite. I knew hot to cast spells but not discard them. But hope you get better.
