Waterworks v.s. Black Thunder

Well, I've been trying to farm for the Black Thunder gear from Hades on my storm for the past few months with no luck..... Is it worth getting?

And for my fire wizard, is the fire counterpart worth getting? Or should I just stick with my Waterworks gear?
