what happen to my free gift?

I like to know where my free gift went to? I accept it and then when I went and look for it and it wasn't there.

Okay wizard was give free gift from a pack don't remember what the pack was but I got a sword fern seed and I accept it and then went to look at it to see what it looked like and it was not there?? It was gone.

If its not in your backpack, it should be inside your bank.
