What's the best wand for an exalted fire wizard?

Looking towards these three wands: but tell me if there is a better wand for level 101 fire wizard

1. Skull wand from road hoard pack

2. Sword from ghulture's hoard

3. Fortune Teller's Eternal Gaze (terror's hoard pack; I already have one)

The Skull one is your best bet, but I would wait for 110 to get it because you'll be leveling up. :)
