Where can I find amulets with the spirit shields?

I found the amulets that have the elemental shields on them (vendor in Krok), but are there equivalent amulets for the spirit schools sold somewhere?

Eithun Longstrider in Austrilund - Grizzlehiem sells one. There is also one that is dropped in Griz that has both spirit & elemental.

I meant amulets that give a shield for one type of damage, like -85% Life damage, etc.

http://www.wizard101central.com/wiki/NPC:Lakwilo_Smoke_Eye in Azteca sells amulets that include those shields but there are no spirit school equivalents that give 3 shield cards like the ones for .
