Where to get instrument wands?

I've seen quite a bit of people with mandolins recently and I really want one. I've also seen people with clarinets and guitars. Is there a boss that drops them? Do you buy them with gold or crowns?

The mandolin wand is one of the many random items that you can get from the Hoard of the Hydra Pack.
The clarinet is actually a flute, and it comes with the Mega Bundle Gift Card.
The guitar wand is one of the many random items that you can get from the Harrowing Nightmare Pack. This was available during the Halloween Festivities in 2014.
