where you buy perment elemental shields?

I have a training point where you buy the perment elemenatal shields from?I know you can buy the elemental blades from the tree in Kroktophia.

You can't buy them with training points. They are a Balance School only spell.

The only option you have is buying treasure cards. These are not trainable outside the Balance school.

Only balance students can use the original (non-tc) elemental shield and spirit shield. You can train Spirit and Elemental blade and traps from the tree like you said.
