According to what I read in 2 different threads, in 2010 greyrose said to email support@wizard101.com and let mr. lincoln know what to transfer and all that, but in a threat of 2016, dworgyn said that Customer support is to not be used as a "transfer mule," so i'm a bit lost on who to contact, as i was thinking about contacting support anyway
email kingsisle and ask them if they will do it for you. you will have to tell them all the information though. but they will do it!! they did mine for me!!
