Lvl 60 I have waterworks gear and a +30 critical wand. Lvl 78 same critical lower percent.
The more you level up the lower percent. You need to use the critical percent calculator. At level 100 if you have the same percent it will be even lower.

So say i have 200 crit at lvl 80 and hypothetically since i can't find a crit calculator it is at around 22% crit would that mean that if i stay at 200 crit and reach lvl 100 it will be at around say 16%? is this how it works?

200 crit is about 10% at exalted, also your critical chance decreases every level because the critical that gear gives increases so you have to get better gear to get better critical, for that, I would recommend crafting the avalon hat and robe which gives a decent amount of critical (I'm not sure how much it would increase your critical to since I have no wizards near archmage).
