I just came home, and i was raging because i learnt all W101 accounts in my house has been , Emails? Nope. Nothing. No reason, just says on all my kids accounts that they have been banned for 10 days. I've gotten no reason for this from KI.
They were not banned, their chat privileges were revoked.
The actions of one account can impact all associated accounts.
The duration, however was incorrect, the sanction should have only been for 1 day not 10 and has been lifted, however it may be prudent to discuss in your household what is, and what is not, acceptable public chat language.
