Wizard101 Eye of the Soothsayer wand animation

Why do the other 2 terror hoard pack wands have the animation with the actual wand and the eye of the soothsayer only has a plain death torment hit. Is there any reasoning behind this? I wish it had the same animation as the other two wands.
