I've had my first problem ever in my 4 years of wizard101: an invisible NPC! I contacted their support team, I got a reply five hours later. I gave them what they needed, and amazingly, they fixed it. Fast response and fast service. Amazing work, Kingisle
I've had nothing but positive interaction with KI staff. The one problem I had was resolved within 2 hours. Glad to see some appreciation of the hard work the KI staff put in for all of us. Kudos!
