Woah Woah... Rank 7 Spell Teacher?

How are you going to be able to even USE the spell when you learn it? Will you HAVE to have a Mastery Amulet, or will they add a feature to where you can use Rank 7 spells without Mastery Amulets? I find this very interesting, and cannot wait until the Test Realm Reopens so I can see what this is.

The maximum pip slot is 7 meaning you can use the rank 7 spell's without a mastery(although this is extremely inefficient).

You can have up to 7 pips in battle, thus letting you use the spell.

Would've been more efficient if we held more Pips than 7. At least have the Arcanum Scholars give out at least one new side spell or others.
