I wanted to sell my house. Don't use it and could use the gold. I brought it for 8000 gold p. I figured I wouldn't get the full amount back but at least would get about 2000 back. I went to sell it and it states it is only 450 gold pieces. This is totally unfair and ridiculus. Even in the real world, you would not see a > 500% restocking fee. I totally think this price needs to be re-adjusted. :x
