Empyrea part 2 Braving the storm quest glitch

i Recently beat the storm titan :D but after i beat the aethyr titan i imbue my essence into chaos heart after i do that it says Talk To Bartleby when i go up to him and press X the dialogue wont pop up so i cant continue in the story which makes me mad!

The storm Titan seems to have had some effect on gameplay

When I first got there Melori was nowhere to be seen. I had to port out and back again.

After defeating round two and I tried to go back to the Arcanum I got stuck in another fight with the Storm Titan.

Not insurmountable problems but definitely something KI should look into.
