Why is this version weaker than the level 100 version? I thought this version would have more block. The terror wands at level 100 have the same stats as the beacon at level 100 minus the critical but the terror wands upgraded to 110+ crit and block at level 110. While the beacon downgrades to 58 block.
Why does the beacon downgrade to 58 block from 115? Please add more block to this wand as I really was looking forward to it upon opening the packs. I feel kinda cheated that the level 110 version is weaker than the level 100 version.
The higher the level an item is the better stats it should have, no? Sure it has 4% more damage and some pierce but the level 100 version has 115 block, 8% damage, and 6% power pip chance. That is so much better than 12% percent damage, 3% pierce, and 58 block. It just does not look right as a level 110 item. The stats are so downgraded from the level 100 version that I really can't believe this is supposed to be intended.
