school pips: 7 pips + 1 shadow Effect: removes all DOTs from everyone on team
We already have that at level 72. It's Mass Triage and costs only 3 pips.
This would be useful, for say 6 pips OR 1 shadow pip, if it removed the current DOTs and added a special DOT shield so it prevented the next dot cast on each wizard.
