I had a thought earlier and would like constructive comments on how you all feel about it. If a new dispel was added to dispel only shadow spells (including shadow enhanced ones) costing something like 2 moon pips thereby costing everyone the same or 4 pips for own school how helpful do you think it would be? i could see it helping somewhat in both pvp and pve. In pve we could dispel bosses/minions for likes of glowbug BEFORE they get a shadow pip, its already possible to dispel myth sitting on 4 pips to guard against a potential earth soon for example. In pvp it would force opponents to look for cleanse or waste a shadow pip to remove the dispel making it a little easier to defend against shrikes/enhanced spells.while not removing the ablitly to use shadow spells entirely.l. It might cause some annoyed players but i dont see how its much different from spamming school dispels and can be removed with cleanse, plus the dispel would cost more to cast thereby not able to be spammed every round.
